The 21-year-old TV salesman was evicted from the villa on day 10 just a few hours after a video of him in a street brawl emerged on the internet. Recalling his time on the show, Haris Nmani revealed the secret that he kept in the villa was a ban on him imposed by the the producers from kissing challenges (which is like most of them) or kissing otherwise due to health concerns.

Haris Namani banned from kissing on Love Island
The amateur boxer was banned by the producers for one of the most crucial things that happen on Love Island – snogging. More than half of the challenges have Islanders kissing each other in some way, but Haris Namani was deprived of this pleasure due to a cold sore.
According to The Sun, the dumped Islander had a cold sore for three days out of the ten that he spent in the villa. Speaking to Will Njobvu on his Reality podcast, Haris explained:
I had a cold sore for three days.
The beer pong challenge, I couldn’t kiss on that, I couldn’t kiss on something else, so for three days I was out.
Explaining that producers banned him from kissing, he added:
Yeah, I was taking like eight tablets a day to get it away because I was that fuming. I said, 'I need to get rid of this!'

Haris Namani puts on makeup
In a bid to hide his health issues from the viewers, Anna-May revealed that Haris used to put on makeup for his cold sore. The 20-year-old payroll administrator from Swansea who also got booted from the villa on day 10 alongside Haris Namani joined him for the podcast.
Shedding light on his frequent trips to the girls’ dressing room, Anna-May said:
He was coming into the girls’ dressing room to have his make-up done every day.
Haris added:
I kissed Olivia in the space challenge because it had gone by then but that day I got kicked off.
