Love Island, the UK’s most-watched reality TV show, brought no end to the heartache in last night’s episode as we watched all emotions come to the forefront and relations crumble.

The shock dumping left a bitter taste in the mouths of islanders as they appeared horrified to watch 21 year-old model, Danny Williams, choose the new-arrival over former love interest Yewande Biala despite confessing unwavering feelings for her just days before.
But some viewers noticed something particularly problematic about Danny’s recoupling speech and many have taken to Twitter to air out their frustrations and share their opinion on the insensitive dig he may have made at Yewande.
Danny explained, "I think she's very intelligent. I think that we've connected on an intellectual level." This inspired most to believe he was alluding to Yewande since she is a scientist. He further added to this by stating that the girl he would choose is an important part of the villa.
One user commented, “I’m sorry but how f***king rude of Danny to say ‘I want to couple up with this girl because she is intelligent.’ Obviously tryna lead Yewande on seeing and she is a F***KING SCIENTIST.”
