Bill Andrew’s family is just one of the visitingfamilies who have witnessed something terrifying here. The man took a photo of his daughter, his grand-daughter and his great-grandson and at the time, no one realised the one terrifying detailin the photo.
However, when they looked more closely at thephoto, later on, the family saw a shape standing by one of the Castle's doors in the background. Could this ghostly figure be the Green Lady? She often paces back and forth in the castle, sometimes with an infant in her arms. Who she remains a mystery, but allegedly during renovations on the castle in the 1800s, the skeletal remains of a woman and baby were found...
The family decided to ask the caretakers about this since they have been looking after the castle since the 16th century and know a great deal more about the history. They explained that there have indeed been rumours about ghostsand ghost sightings on the site…
