A modern woman
Al-Taweel, who completed her studies in Business Administration at the University of New Haven in the United States, decided to devote her life to humanitarianism and the fight for equality between men and women, having visited already over 70 countries across the globe. She has organised fundraisers, created an orphanage in Africa, led a relief mission in Somalia, and came to the aid of Pakistan after they faced extreme flooding. The former princess of Saudi Arabia and her way of life are a perfect example of human kindness.
'Evolution, not revolution'
Among the other causes al-Taweel fights for is the rightfor every woman to be able to study and work, and drive and move around freely without permission from their husbands. She supports 'evolution, not revolution.' In a speech in 2011, she said:
