A considerable number of people have always dreamt of having car sex—and we don’t blame them. We blame the movies. All the steamy spontaneous scenes filmed at the back of a vehicle make it seem like a really really exciting experience. But this is probably the best time to remember that movies are movies, and in real life car sex is definitely not as smooth and can be very risky.

Car sex gone wrong
Two lovers decided to take a romantic ‘drive’ to the middle of nowhere in Derbyshire to get their sexy on.They pulled their Toyota Yaris over to the side of a narrow road and got straight to business.
Lost in the heat and passion of it all, they accidentally knocked over the handbrake, and the car started rolling down the hill. We’re not sure when the couple noticed that they were fornicating in a moving, driverless vehicle, but before they could do anything about it, the car had already flipped over on its side. The two were trapped, unable to get out of their sticky situation and resorted to getting help from the police.
The Derbyshire Road Side Policing Unit didn’t keep this embarrassing ordeal to themselves, and shared the pictures on their Twitter handle. They said:
At an undisclosed location in Derbyshire the couple occupying this Yaris had parked up and were strengthening their relationship.
Whilst doing so the handbrake has become disengaged and it rolled down a hill before flipping on its side. No injuries.
Luckily, the couple was spared from a lifetime of internet trolling, as their names were not divulged.
Car-friendly sex positions
As you can now see, sex in the car can be tricky—but it doesn’t mean it can’t be done.
If you’re desperate to try it out, just make sure to try out positions that don’t lead to any major accidents. For starters, the missionary position is probably your safest bet. It’s straightforward, easy to do, and gets the job done.
Another exciting but safe position you can try is spooning. You don’t require a lot of space for this position, and the backseat will provide the perfect spooning spot. Just remember to turn off the engine, put down your handbrake, and stay away from that entire section of the car!
