At 28 years old, Ian Starr Kalatzis, a former member of the boy band Boystar, underwent multiple plastic surgeries after going through a difficult period when his group split up. It has to be said that he didn’t handle his return to anonymity very well and his only way of starting his career up again was to spend all his money on plastic surgeryso he could become a new man.

A completely new face
Ian Starr Kalatzisspent £8,000 on plastic surgery. He started histransformation in 2013 when he had a rhinoplasty, before then getting cheekbone implants. Some media sources have also reported that he had fat transferred from his mouth to his cheeks and a brow lift. After all these changes, Ian Starr Kalatzis became unrecognisable to everyone around him.
Fun fact, after histransformation, the young man came across his ex-boyfriend at a party, who started flirting with him… He didn’t recognise him at all!
