We all have those times when we think we want to change something about our bodies. But Martina Big, a white glamour model, has taken that to the extreme. She now claims that she identifies as an African woman and as such she wants to have even more plastic surgery to complete the process.

Martina in addition to her excessive tanning habit, had three melanin injections to make her skin tone even darker. The 30-year-old has also had breast augmentation surgery so that now she has a 32 S bra size. Despite her large chest size, she only has a size 6 waist. She now wants to undergo more surgery to make her nose and lips look “more like an African woman”.
The German, who used to work as cabin crew before becoming a model, stated about her appearance and her desire for more plastic surgery:
You can see my nose is not really matching my African look. So, I think I need a natural close lip enhancement or nose enhancement. My lips and my nose must be bigger, like, wider and also my butt must be bigger.
And if all of that surgery wasn’t enough to complete her ‘African look’, she now habitually wears traditional African attire and is also learning Swahili.
