In their more advanced stages, they travel to the bladder, the urethra and the intestines. The most common types are made from a mix of calcium and acid that causes a reaction which creates them.
Symptoms that can be warning signs of a kidney stone includes: fluctuating abdominal pain, painful urination, changes in the colour and smell of urine, frequently needing to pee but without actually being able to, fevers and chills.
