The young woman said in a Facebook post that staff and other club members told her that her tank top was offensive and inappropriate. She believed this behaviour to be unfair, because for her the tank top was no different from those of the other women, the size of her chest was the only difference. Following this embarrassing situation, Jenna felt ‘humiliated and discriminated against.’

To explain these accusations, Sean Whittal, Regional Director of Athletic Movati Group confirmed in a statement:
We ask our members to respect each other by wearing modest and appropriate outfits.
He also referred specifically to Jenna's case, stating that:
Some members complained about Mrs Vecchio's outfit because it made them feel uncomfortable.
Sean Whittall also explained that the staff did not intend to embarrass Jenna, and even less to humiliate her. He then apologised on behalf of all the staff.
