Fortunately for this woman, she must have nailed her interviews because she managed to score a job at a sports bar in Georgia. The successful applicant must have realised her luck and just when she thought that nobody was looking she busted out a little victory dance.
Little did she know the joyful dance was actually caught on CCTVand her new boss saw the whole thing… Whoops!
Dakara Spence, the woman who hired the dancing joy, uploaded a video of the victory dance to social media and it very quickly went viral. Spence wrote online:
So I just hired this young girl and this was her response.
The video shows the new hire calmly walking across the car park before stopping to look around and see if anyone was watching her. After thinking she was in the clear she let out a jolt of happiness and did the quickest, most passionatevictory danceanyone has seen this year.
Many people commented on the video thanking Spence for hiring the girl while others said that her reaction could only mean that she would be the most dedicated and appreciative employee. One commenter wrote:
Thank you for giving her a chance. Seems like she took min for prayer and did her happy dance.
Another chimed in stating that ‘she is about to be your best employee’.
A third viewer wrote:

The new hire who goes by the name of Kay Kay even caught wind of the video and commented on her new boss’ post:
YOU GUYS I MADE IT ON TIK TOK AND COMPLEX! I PROMISE YOU I THOUGHT NOBODY WAS WATCHING! LMAOOO I WAS MISTAKEN.
Kay Kay then uploaded another video explaining the situation, she stated that she had no idea she had gone viral until a friend called her. The excited Kay even referred to her new boss as a ‘blessing’ when she stated:
She called me this morning, she was, like 'I caught your dance yesterday... Oh my gosh, you're going went viral! You went on TikTok and you were on 20million views!' I was like, 'What? Nah, you lying! I gotta see for myself.
Kay then reenacted her now-famous dance and stated that she was about to start her role the very next day. Kay finished off by saying:
It is lit, it is L-I-T! Good vibes only over here - no negativity!
