Woman discovers husband has another family days before 10-year anniversary

Ami Addison revealed how she found out that her husband had a second family on TikTok. She began by 21-part series recounting the entire shocking story and talked about how she discovered the truth when she saw a newspaper advertisement that had her husband's name on it. She said in a video:

A week before our tenth wedding anniversary, I was in my office looking through the newspaper. At that time in the newspaper, they would publish birth announcements. The parent’s names, the sex of the baby, date they were born, what hospital, and if it was a boy or a girl. So I see my husband's name and some other female’s name. Noticed his name because it was an unusual name.

So I looked at the hospital’s website, where they would also post pictures of newborn babies, typed in his name and her first name—sure enough, they had a baby boy a few days prior. But not only that, they had a baby girl a year and a half before that.

Cheating story gone viral

Her TikTok video spread like wildfire and gained over two million views with comments from curious viewers all over the world. She then uploaded more videos explaining the whole story in great detail and answering questions from confused netizens.

When asked about how she confronted her cheating husband, she said that she first found out where the other woman lived. She drove past the girl’s house and saw her husband’s car parked in front of her house. She said:

I went back to my house, I packed up all of his clothes in trash bags. As much as I could fit. I had a little BMW at the time so as much as I could fit in my BMW. And drove it over to this girl’s house and dumped all of his clothes. Suits, jordans, lots and lots of clothes, all over his car. Mind you it was pouring down raining. And an anniversary card.

When she confronted him, he denied everything and said that he had gone to visit a friend’s wife and that those children were a mistake. When she didn’t believe him, he accused her of being crazy and delusional. Addison also revealed that his mistress was fully aware of his double life.

To make matters worse, it was Addison’s husband that asked for a divorce and demanded financial compensation.
