Many women choose to breastfeed their baby. Whether in public or in private, a woman has all the right to feed her child if they are hungry. However, this act of nature is sometimes considered inappropriate in public. Many women experience shame while breastfeeding.

Jackie's past experiences
A woman named, Jackie Johnson-Smith, shared her surprising experience after an eventful lunch on Facebook. Jackie is a stay-at-home mom of three kids, out of which she was breastfeeding the the youngest one who is only 12 months old. When she started looking for a restaurant to celebrate her birthday at, she was very apprehensive. Past experiences had shown her that not everyone reacts positively to a baby being breastfed in public.
The eventful lunch
After deciding to dine at Fong’s, the family went on to have a lovely lunch at the restaurant. However, when it came the time to feed the baby, Jackie hesitated. She noticed that the waitress kept passing by the table repeatedly and thought that things were about to turn bad.
The reality, however, was completely opposite. When the waitress handed her husband the bill, he noticed that there was a note written on it. The note said:
I bought one of your pizzas. Please thank your wife for breastfeeding!
This made Jackie emotional as she had received judgement for breastfeeding in public in the past. She shared the note on her Facebook with her friends and followers.
