2. How to use it with honey: To make an effective mask to repair your dry and damaged hair, combine the power of olive oil with the benefits of honey. Mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of honey to form a cream. Then spread over all of your wet hair with emphasis on the ends. This will be a great treatment for your split ends. Leave the mask on for 30 to 45 minutes, then rinse with clean water before shampooing. Take care to remove all the olive oil when shampooing to avoid your hair looking oily or greasy.
3. How to use it with avocado: If you want to use another ingredient besides honey to repair your hair, then why not go for avocado. It is particularly rich in essential fatty acids, which also makes it an excellent treatment for dry and damaged hair. To make a mask with olive oil and avocado, mix a whole avocado (if you have long hair) or a half avocado (if you have short to medium-length hair) with 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend until you get a smooth cream. For best results, you can keep the mask on your hair all night, taking care to wrap your hair in plastic wrap so as not to stain your pillow. In the morning, rinse thoroughly, and make shampoo two or three times to properly remove the mask residue. Apply this mask two to three times a week, and you'll soon have shiny and soft hair.
