The supermarket is selling a new bag in which you can stash a bottle of wine (or a similar-sized non-alcoholic alternative we imagine), keeping it cool and with easy access.

Lidl’s wine handbags
The bag comes in three different styles—so wine-lovers can make sure they’re well-stocked no matter what kind of outfit they’re wearing. You can choose from a classic black with brown handles, a blue-and-white striped canvas tote with more of a beachy vibe or a practical black backpack.
Each of the bags features a 1.5 litreinsulatedcompartment to keep your drinks nice and cool for longer plus a handy tap which means you don’t even have to remove the bottle from the bag to pour everyone a glass of vino! On the two handbags, the tap is hidden by a flap and can be closed with a button, while the backpack’s tap can be closed with Velcro.
The handbags both feature an inside compartment with two small integrated pockets—ideal for stashing your phone or purse. Meanwhile, the backpack features three separate zipped compartments and two external mesh pockets—perfect for taking on a summer picnic!
When can I buy Lidl’s wine handbag?
The wine backpack and handbags are set to go on sale in Lidl stores on Thursday 3rd June as part of the new Outdoor Fun Range. Other bargains include matching swimwear for kids and adults (from £3.99), folding beach and camping chairs (from £7.99) and an Ernesto Camping Cookwear Set (£19.99).
