How does it work?
From Monday the 6th of July, Costa customers will be able to redeem their free goods from the Costa mobile app.
Up until the end of July, anyone who downloads the Costa Coffee Club app will automatically receive 300 customer loyalty points and, for already existing members, the 300 points will be applied to your account as well!
Customers are then free to spend their points in store, that's the equivalent of £3 that can be spent on a nice hot cuppa or a scone!
The credit can be used at any Costa Coffeestore or drive-thru, all you need to do is open the app and scan the QR code at the till.
Even better, if you feel like accumulating your points for a while longer so you can score a real neat treat then you can! The credit lasts for a whole 12 months so you have until next July to use your points.
Costa is starting to re-open their stores
Costais finally starting to re-open their stores and plan to open 2,000 of their doors by the end of July. Managing director of Costa Coffee UK & Ireland, Neil Lake stated:
We have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback from our customers as we begin to re-open our stores. As we near our next key milestone of 2000+ store re-openings by the end of July, we're delighted to treat Costa Coffee fans to a handcrafted drink, on us.
He continued:
To ensure both our customers and team members are safe we have introduced some new measures across our estate, while also maintaining the warm environment that we know they have been missing. We're looking forward to welcoming everyone through our doors to enjoy their favourite Costa Coffee drink!
