How To Make Steak Rolls

This recipe is good for one person and will take about 15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook. Try pairing the steak rolls with a fresh green salad, potatoes, or seasoned vegetables or chips. Trust us - you won't be disappointed.
Ingredients
1. 4 mushrooms
2. An onion
3. 3 cloves of garlic
4. A steak
5. Salt & pepper
6. Spinach
7. Provolone cheese
8. Olive oil
Equipment
1. A frying pan
2. A chopping knife
3. A cooking hob
4. Cocktail sticks
Directions
1. Thinly slice the mushrooms, onions, and garlic cloves
2. Using a meat tenderiser, soften the meat
3. Add a touch of olive oil into the pan
4. Cook the mushrooms onions and cloves of garlic in the pan
5. Season with pepper
6. Spread the mix of vegetables over the steak
7. Add the spinach leaves and provolone cheese
8. Roll the steak up
9. Evenly pierce the steak with cocktail sticks
10. Slice the steak in the gaps between each cocktail stick
11. Finally let the steak rolls cook in the pan
Trick: Every two minutes, turn the steak rolls so that they cook evenly. Serve them hot so that steak stays tender.
