KFC launches a limited-edition item especially for ‘Gravy Lovers’

Now that the festive season is here, fast-food companies are doing their best to compete with each other to provide fans with new holiday-themed menu items that combine tradition while staying true to the flavours of the fast-food brand. And as a result of this, their lucky fans are able to enjoy some seriously delicious and adventurous holiday-themed foods.

As reported by Chew Boom, KFC is releasing a Gravy Lovers Sandwich. Here are all the details about this limited-edition menu item.

New Gravy Lovers Sandwich

KFC’s new chicken sandwich ensures that gravy is the star of the dish.

The new Gravy Lovers Sandwich contains a hand-breaded chicken filet, one slice of Monterey Jack cheese, creamy mayo and one indented hash brown on a potato bun. Of course, in the classic style, it comes with a side of gravy which diners can pour over their chicken sandwich.

The crunchy indented hash brown actually serves a special purpose. It is filled up with gravy to make sure that fans don’t run of the good stuff.

Prices and availability

The exciting new chicken sandwich can, unfortunately, be enjoyed only by KFC fans in Canada. It is currently not being made available in other parts of the world.

The Gravy Lovers Sandwich is being sold for $10.99 Canadian dollars. KFC is also offering a Gravy Lovers Sandwich Box Meal which comes with the new sandwich, a side of gravy, popcorn chicken, fries, salad, one regular drink and one dip. This box costs $15.99 Canadian dollars.
