McDonald’s has made a slew of very popular additions to its menu in the last couple of weeks: first the company made many grown-up fans’ dreams come true by offering adult Happy Meals, followed by returning its beloved Halloween pails for a limited time only, and then making McCrispy a permanent chicken sandwich on the menu. This month, the brand is also testing a collab with Krispy Kreme, by selling their donuts at some of its stores.

McDonald’s McRib Farewell Tour
McRib is made with seasoned boneless pork dipped in a tangy BBQ sauce, topped with slivered onions and dill pickles, all served on a toasted homestyle bun. McDonald’s has called this year's limited edition run of the sandwich, the McRib Farewell Tour.
You can order the pork sandwich from the app or visit the restaurant in person.
The popularity of McRib
McRib was first introduced in 1981 at McDonald's location in Kansas City, Kansas and since then, it has been a huge hit . McRib has always been offered by McDonald’s as a limited-edition menu item, which is also partly responsible for its huge demand among fans.
If this is indeed the last time that the company is offering McRib, it’s definitely not to be missed. As McDonald’s said in their website,
Enjoy our famous pork sandwich as if it’s your last.
