Customer left disappointed by McDonald’s on her birthday
The customer, Mrs Bunn and her daughter Megan ordered in McDonald’s for a special birthday meal. The duo ordered two cheeseburgers and fries, a chocolate and strawberry milkshake, chicken nuggets, and a salad.
What they received left them disgusted and shocked. The customer claims that the milkshake was lumpy and leaky, while the salad was so mouldy that it was almost black.
The report quotes the mother as saying,
For my birthday we decided to have McDonald's, so we ordered it from Uber Eats.
The milkshakes were bubbling over and the whole bag was wet, they had mixed the flavours of the milkshakes together too and they were so bubbly and chunky.

My cheeseburger was fine, but my daughter's was covered in mayonnaise and lettuce both inside and out of the bun. It was made in a really sloppy way.

The customer complained to McDonald’s about their horrible experience, and the fast-food company compensated them by providing 2 free meal vouchers. However, the family might never be going back to McDonald’s after this terrible birthday meal.
