McDonald’s latest limited-edition item is a nostalgic Happy Meal for adults, with collectibles and merch

McDonald’s has brought back the nostalgic joy of Happy Meals and collectibles for adults. As reported by CNN, the fast-food chain has just dropped a brand-new adult meal box, called Cactus Plant Flea Market Box which comes in a designer box with collectible toys.

Cactus Plant Flea Market (CPFM) is a fashion label which creates original streetwear with signature dye treatments and lettering. In this collaboration, fans can expect bold colours, exciting merchandise and oodles of McDonald’s nostalgia.

CNN quoted Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s USA chief marketing and customer experience officer, who said,

We’re taking one of the most nostalgic McDonald’s experiences and literally repackaging it in a new way that’s hyper-relevant for our adult fans.

McDonald’s newest release Cactus Plant Flea Market Box would be available from October 3 and for the meal, you can choose between a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with medium Fries and drink.

The 4 collectibles released by McDonald’s in this CPFM edition are: Birdie®, Grimace®, Hamburglar® or Cactus Buddy! You would be able to lay your hands on 1 collectible in each meal box.

McDonald’s fans who order through the app can also win some limited-edition merch from this Cactus Plant Flea Market x McD’s collab. You can enter the sweepstakes as many times as you want to.
