But what if you were told that you can actually fashion a desserteven more delicious that McFlurry by yourself, using just regular McDonald’s items? If you think that’s not possible, well, an employee of McDonald’s claims that it definitely is.

DIY apple pie McFlurry
A Reddit user who posts under the username ‘Nightmxree' stated that when they were working at McDonald’s, they used to create a dessert concoction using standard McDonald’s menu items.
The post states,
When I worked at McDonald’s I made myself this a lot, it was my favorite thing to make for myself. Probably not the first person to think of this but Here’s how to make it yourself:
The recipe of the DIY dessert hack includes using 1 apple pie and 1 caramel sundae and mixing it together to get a delicious apple pie McFlurry.
The recipe reads as follows,
Order 1 apple pie, 1 caramel sundae, ask for the caramel sauce on the side so it doesn’t melt the ice cream. Mix it together yourself and you got an apple pie McFlurry. Way better than any McFlurry. I hate when I get a watery McFlurry. Not with this. So good. You’re welcome

Tried it with a hotcake as an alternative on occasion, it's good too.

My favorite thing to make while working at McDonald’s was a Big Mac with 2 mcchicken patty’s instead of the burger patty’s. Good god it was so good to eat on break or after a shift while high
