While the Queen would eat eggs only occasionally for breakfast, there was one particular way in which her chef prepared her scrambled eggs.

The report shared the steps in which the Queen’s chef would prepare her scrambled eggs. Following is a breakdown of the steps involved:

  • Start with 3 organic eggs
  • Add a tablespoon of milk
  • Whisk the mixture properly and then pour into a warm pan.
  • Cook the eggs on low heat while adding a tablespoon of butter to avoid lumps
  • Right before the egg sets, add a teaspoon of lemon zest
  • And also add a pinch of nutmeg
  • Garnish with black pepper and chives before serving.
