Macaroni and cheese
As per Marcus, most macaroni and cheese served at restaurants are pre-made and might contain a lot of toppings and additives. This can add up its calorific value, without contributing much to its taste. So it is better to prepare this dish at home to ensure that not only do you get a fresh serving of it, but it is also way healthier.
Chicken
If chicken is not prepared properly, you can easily contract food-borne illnesses such as Salmonella. Again, it takes some work to cook chicken right, and not everyone is successful at getting it to the right amount of done-ness that's not to dry, while being soft without being undercooked.

Brownies
Most brownies sold in restaurants are pre-made. A better choice for you would be to opt for some other desserts offered by the restaurant, perhaps one that's a signature for the place or unique to it. These have more chances of being prepared fresh.
Steak
Although steak is a popular order choice for many diners when eating out, the food expert advices against it. His reasoning is that very often, the cut and quality varies so much that ordering steak at a restaurant just ends in disappointment, unless you eat at a restaurant famed for its steaks.
Sushi
Eating sushi from restaurants that don't specialise it in could come with many risks. The food expert explains,
In establishments not specialised insushi, raw fish might not be handled or stored correctly, leading to potential health risks like parasitic infections. Plus, the taste and texture could be affected.
