An unpleasant experience
Although some might think this is a joke, it is not. In fact, at the beginning of the video, the Internet user's grandmother opens the shoebox in which she kept the burger and fries. The paper bag in which they are contained shows the NASCAR racing programme from 1996. When you see the burger and the fries, you would think that they have been forgotten for a few days and not for more than twenty years!
This experiment is reminiscent of the one done in Morgan Spurlock's 2004 documentary Supersize Me. In this one, he ate McDonald's exclusively for a month. In the end, he placed some products in glass jars to observe their transformation after a few weeks.
