The dog was eating its way out of the house
Locals of a sleepy Scottish village Kelty in Fife were left baffledafter spotting a dog that had chewed through a front door ripping off the household's letterbox. It was literally eating his way out of a house.
Pedestrians stopped in awe at the sight as the hungry pooch, with one person claiming they could hear it from their house.
A photo of the pet was snapped by a passer-by and shared to social media where it quickly rocketed in views.
In a now-viral post, an enormous light-coloured dog is seen working steadily through a closed door. Head hanging out the door, its front paw dangling through the hole, the pup appeared keen to make a quick getaway. Chunks of wood are seen falling from the wreckage.

People couldn’t believe the photo was real
It is unknown who owns the dog or if they are aware of what it did, much to the delight of some locals.

Some were convinced the incident was 'fake/photoshopped' until they saw the video.
