Adog was crying in front of a pipe when a woman passed by stopped there. Puzzled, the woman got closer and heard cries coming from the bottom.

She called for help several times, but few people responded. The woman decided to take matters into her own hands and snuck inside the narrowstorm pipe with a rope to reach the spot the cries were coming from. And what she discovered was appalling. She found several puppies stuck inside.
It took two hours for amateur rescuers to save the little puppies and return them, safe and sound, to their mother!
Dog abuse
More and more animals, especially dogs, are being abusedor abandoned. Fortunately, in some countries, abusing animals can cost you a lot. Indeed, Australia passed a bill that will require such malicious individuals to pay a fine.
