Many photographers love going to abandoned houses or buildings. This young man similarly decided to explore Leonard Hospital, or at least what remained of it. This abandoned hospital in New York gives you goosebumps.

So, when he started to hear noises inside, you could be forgiven for thinking that he would be quick to leave. But the curious photographer went closer to the cries that he heard. Until he realised that it was a kitten who was crying. The little cat didn’t know how to get out.
The young man thus made several journeys back inside to save the kitten. First of all, he went to get tools and then a ladder in the nearest supermarket. By the end of the adventure, it was 3 o’clock in the morning. But all that he wanted was to save the kitten, no matter what the time was.
And he succeeded. He found an adorable baby cat only a month old with blue eyes. The photographer took him home, fed him, and played with him. And of course, he decided to call him Leonard… like the hospital where he found him.
