The 27 year old man was living in a shared apartment on the 3rd floor of a block of flats. The French bulldog is expected to have unknowingly found his way to the same floor where the barbaric act took place. Whilst details of the attack are still unclear, the only possible explanation is that the poor, defenceless animal annoyed the man, who still remains unnamed.

What may seem even more heartbreaking is the fact that the dog is thought to have survived the initial fall. The animal rescue service attended the scene and immediately began working on the canine casualty. A leaked video shows the helpless dog inside the animal ambulance, tied up to an oxygen supply whilst strapped into a recovery bed. The animal rescue service fought all night to save the poor pup’s life but sadly, the dog later died at the Regensburger Animal Clinic.
