This 'burglar' cat left her owner 'mortified' after bringing her an unusual item

As if dead mice and birds are not mortifying enough, this burglar cat took treating her owner with gifts to another level. The cheeky fluff-ball has recently turned up with the most unusual item so far. You can only wonder how the pet feline managed to locate and snatch it.

The weirdest thing ever

Demo, the three-year-old ‘kleptomaniac’ cat frequently surprises her owner Rachel Masterman of Caldicot, Wales, by bringing random items back home. However, the mischievous fluff-ball has recently left her owner 'mortified' by stealing the weirdest thing ever: a sex toy.

She said:

Demo's been bringing gifts home for the last couple of years. But on Monday I was on the phone to my sister when she turned up on the door.

According to the owner, she first thought that another ‘present’ was ‘one of those car air freshener things’. But her sister who was shown the object, knew otherwise and replied with 'Oh Rachel - that's definitely not an air freshener', Yorkshire Live writes.

‘I was absolutely mortified’

It took Ms Masterman ‘a minute’ but once she realised what it was she was ‘absolutely horrified’.

She said:

I had my 12-year-old son asking me what it was - I was absolutely mortified.'

Hilarious antics made Demo rather famous on social media, with Facebook posts on her account generating hundreds of likes.

Ms Masterman said:

People stop me in the shop and ask if I'm that cat's owner that steals everything.

‘There's just no way I can stop her’

According to the owner, her other two cats Bibble, three, and Pepe, two, ‘just bring back the usual things like mice’ but Demo ‘is absolutely bonkers’ returning with ‘the weirdest things’.

She's taken flower arrangements and cards from the graveyard behind the house before. She once returned with a watering can. Ms Masterman also got ‘so many gloves and random clothes’ from her pet. But the sex toy has been the most incredible ‘trophy’ so far.

The woman commented:

There's just no way I can stop her, everyone keeps saying we should put a go-pro on her but she hates the harnesses. I'm just glad that people can see the funny side of her antics.
