The winter months will be getting much colder this year and everyone must take precautious measures to keep their family and pets warm. However, in Ohio this wasn't the case for a family pet. Without even thinking, the owners left their dog outside with no insulation and the dog ended up passing away due to the severly cold temperatures. As a result, the owners will be charged a fine for animal cruelty.
