Having just been born and in a state of raw vulnerability, this pup was abandoned by her mother an left alone in the street to fend for herself.

The abandoned pup, Joy, weighed just 160g the day she was discovered, therefore it is believed that the day of her rescue was also her birthday. The young pup had been left in a dangerous situation, evidently weak and like all other newborns, deaf, blind and unable to maintain a healthy body temperature.
On seeing the fragile newborn, some volunteers took pity and decided they had to do what it takes to get this adorable being to a loving home and her rescue story is inspirational.
