To make pancakes

- 220 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl milk
- 20 cl beer
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- (optional: 3 tbsp of sugar)
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for an hour before browning your pancakes! This trick also works for waffle dough. That will make them very soft.
