How do you disinfect your home?
1. Wash all fabrics
The first thing to do to avoid contagion is to regularly wash all the fabrics in your home at 60° C, such as blankets, pillowcases, sheets, etc. Ideally, they should be cleaned once a week.
2. Clean handles and everyday objects
Second step: clean all door handles, but also the objects you use on a daily basis such as remote controls, telephones, computers, keyboards and house or car keys. How? With white vinegar or 70% alcohol. This is very effective.
3. Air out rooms
It is also recommended to open your windows at least twice a day to air rooms out. Fresh air will help clean your home.
4. Stay safe
Finally, to avoid the risk of spreading the virus, it is advisable to clean your everyday objects and wash your hands regularly. To make it easier for you, you can place hand sanitiser in several rooms of your house to remind yourself and others to use it.
