Joining him on the list of the 35 richest people under 35 are Ed Sheeran, Adele, Harry Styles, Dua Lipa, Daniel Radcliffe, and Emma Watson.
Sheeran came in seventh on the list with an estimated wealth of £300 million. Adele is ninth with £165 million. Harry Styles’ wealth is reported to be £150 million, placing him joint 13th. Dua Lipa is 21st with an estimated £75 million. Radcliffe is 18th with £92 million, while Watson has an estimated wealth of £60 million.

'Hughie', 32-years-old, is the 7th Duke of Westminster. He inherited his title and fortune from his father Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster, who died in November 2016.
He inherited 300 acres of Mayfair and Belgravia in central London, and now owns the Grosvenor Group, which manages, invests in, and builds property across the world. Its property portfolio spans 43 cities in 10 countries, as reported by The Sunday Times.

Is the Duke of Westminster related to the Royal Family?
Hugh is reportedly close friends with Prince William and Prince Harry. He is godfather to William's son, Prince George.
While Hugh enjoys strong connections to the Royal Family and belongs to the same social circle, he is not related to them by blood.
The Duke of Westminster title was created by Queen Victoria in 1874 and is part of Britain’s peerage system, as reported by Express.
She first gave the title to Hugh Grosvenor, 3rd Marquess of Westminster, and it has stayed in the family since then.
The Duke of Westminster title is the most recent dukedom to be bestowed upon someone who is not a blood relation of the Royal Family, according to Express.
