All you'll need is a pair of socks and some cat litter. Take one of the socks and stretch it over a roll of tape. Make sure that there are no holes in it before filling it with cat litter, down to the level of the ankle. Once this is done, you just need to tie a knot and, for extra security, slide it into the second sock. Then place your litter-filled sock inside your car, on your dashboard or under a seat. Within a few days, you should notice a change since the litter-filled sock should absorb any moisture. Clever, right?
