Whilst they’ve been on and off since the start of Love Island this summer, it looks like things are well and truly over between surfer beauty Lucie Donlan and sandwich man Joe Garratt. The couple reportedly decided to split in November – but now footage of Joe getting very close to Amber Gill in a club has sealed the split.

Lucie and Joe got back together in August this year after they had both left the villa. By September they had admitted they’d already ‘dropped the L-bomb’, with Joe gushing ‘I feel like the luckiest guy in the world still. I'll always be grateful to Love Island. That show is the reason we met and how I got with this amazing girl. We came out and found each other again. Now everyone can see it's not fake, it's something real. Sadly, it looks like Joe spoke too soon as a video has now emerged of him getting close to fellow Islander Amber Gill in a nightclub. In the footage, Joe can be seen with his hands on Amber’s hips, leaning towards her as the pair sway to the music. A bouncer then blocks the camera as Joe appears to realise they’re being filmed.
The clubber who apparently took the shock video on Friday night later shared a snap saying: ‘I got kicked out and banned from this club because of this one snap hahahah. Amber & Joe snogging. Live and direct from @itzarya ahahaha’. Itzarya is the username of Youtube prankster Arya Mosallah.
Currently away on a yoga retreat in Bali, Lucie responded to the video in an Instagram story with the caption ‘Always trust your instincts’ and the praise-hands emoji, suggesting that there may have been more to her and Joe’s split than meets the eye. Sources close to the couple told The Sun that they had split due to busy schedules.
