It has now emerged that police were then called to the diner and the culprit - 31-year-old Ryan Cherwinski was arrested. Cherwinski was at the diner on a 'date night' with his girlfriend of 11 years - who also happens to be the mother of his twin baby daughters.
He was kept in jail for two nights and released on the 2nd of July. He will now face charges of sexual battery.
Meanwhile, Holden is using her newfound viral fame to raise money for cat shelter charities by sharing a GoFundMe page on Twitter. What a hero!
