Right before McDonald’s Monopoly is set to start on 7th September, fans have been greeted with some more spicy news from the fast-food chain. As reported by The Sun, McDonald’s has shaken up its menu a little right before fall and the current changes include a very popular chicken item.

Return of McDonald's Spicy Chicken McNuggets
The latest news is that McDonald’s is bringing back a new and improved version of Spicy Chicken McNugget. McDonald’s has promised fans that this time it will be "even spicier than before".
As per McDonald’s, the original Chicken McNugget was first introduced on the U.S. menu in 1983, and it went international just a year later. They finally arrived in the U.K. in 1985, with the Spicy Chicken McNuggets being served for the first time in 2020. And now they are set to return again.
Calling the Spicy Chicken McNuggets a ‘fan favourite’ McDonald’s states that it is being brought back for a limited time ‘with a spicy breading that adds a real kick.’
In another spicy twist, this item will also be part of McDonald’s Monopoly 2022, giving us even more reasons to reach for them. They are priced starting at £3.49 for six nuggets.
McDonald’s menu has had a shake-up
McDonald’s has re-introduced this old favourite as part of a larger shake-up to its menu. The other items which are returning include Big Tasty, Mozzarella Dippers and the Mars and Twix McFlurry.
On the other hand, fans will have to bid adieu to the McDonald's Spanish and Cyprus menu items which include the Spicy Spanish Stack and The Chicken Fiesta, which were introduced earlier this summer.
