Rodrigo Alves has undergone twenty surgical operations to achieve this result. This former flight attendant from Brazil now lives in London, and has switched to event management in order to get in with the jet-set crowd.

Due to his extraordinary physical appearance Rodrigo Alves has more than 70,000 followers on his Instagram account, where he regularly posts photos of his physical transformation. In one of his posts he insisted on justifying his extreme operations. ‘Cosmetic surgery was the only way for me to reconnect with my soul. I felt like I was born into the wrong body and it took a lot of courage for me to fix that. After my operations I gained self-confidence and was able to live my life as I wanted.’
In order to achieve his goal, Rodrigo had to resort to extreme measures including ab and hair implants, taking collagen tablets, treatment against water retention, and botox injections.
So far the former flight attendant has spent more than the equivalent of £376,000 to look like the famed Ken doll.
