As we approach the most anticipated wedding of the year this May 19th, Buckingham Palace’s communications team is looking for reinforcements. Starting in April this year and lasting for a period of 12 months, a new Communications Assistant is now being sought. The job ad was recently posted on LinkedIn.
1. Profile required: Candidates are required to have a firm knowledge of social networks and new communication techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising interviews and managing the media appearance of the couple. Given that the post is aimed at beginners, a perfect knowledge of the Royal Family is not necessarily required.
2. A wealth of benefits: The job also offers many benefits. The successful candidate will be housed at Buckingham Palace and will follow the future Duke and Duchess of Sussex on their endeavours around the world. The new employee will more than likely be invited to attend the wedding taking place on May 19th, of which thousands are expected.
