The white vinegar trick
To remove the limescale from your kettle, pour in 1 large glass of white vinegar and 1/2 litre of water. Boil it all. Then rinse with clear water. There will be no trace of limescale.
The baking soda trick
To descale your kettle, pour 1 tablespoon of baking soda and add 1 large glass of water. Bring it to the boil and that's it!
The pebble trick
Even if this trick may seem old-fashioned, it works very well. Place a pebble at the bottom of the device, this will prevent limescale from forming. Replace the pebble as soon as its colour becomes whitish.
The lemon trick
Finally, pour 1 litre of water into the kettle and add lemon juice. Bring to the boil, and your device will be descaled and disinfected. Almost too easy, isn't it?
