Facing the extreme heat in the summer can be difficult especially if you have a baby to take care of. Their skin is much more fragile and they can easily become dehydrated and affected by UV rays. It's always best to try to keep your baby indoors when it's extremely hot and away from the sun's rays. If you absolutely need to take your baby outdoors, make sure to apply sunscreen.
This might seem easy enough but there's one mistake that some parents still make which is covering the pram with a blanket in order to keep the sunlight out. Although this might seem like a logical thing to do, it could have some detrimental effects. This has a furnace effect which traps hot heat inside and restricts air circulation which can be harmful for the baby. It's best to avoid this at all costs!
