The Sydney resident, mother of two, has already lost almost 2 stone by learning to cook balanced and varied meals for herself and her family. Her last experience that she shared on social media has become viral since Kaitie has managed to prepare fifty hot meals for the sum of 100 pounds:
‘After two hours of cooking, I managed to prepare fifty generous meals’. She has prepared spaghetti bolognese, chili con carne, chicken and corn soups, enchiladas, chicken and beef curry, rice chorizo or pad Thai chicken. According to Kaitie, ‘preparation is the key to success’... and we have ample proof of this with her experience.
These extremely appetising dishes have cost her almost nothing and Kaitie proves with this test that it is totally possible to have a balanced diet without breaking the bank.
