It's becoming more and more common to go through clinics that perform artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization and more, but what happens when they make a mistake and plant the wrong seed in the wrong place?
Kristina and her husband wanted to have a daughter, so he donated his sperm to the clinic for it to be injected into her egg through in vitro fertilization. During the pregnancy, nobody told them anything, and when the girl began to grow they realized that something wasn't right.
Drew took a DNA test in 2015, following suspicions that the little girl wasn't actually his biological daughter. When they got the results back, their world turned upside down and Drew burst into tears. Meanwhile, Kristina called the clinic and asked them, sobbing: "How could this be possible? Could this really be possible?"
The girl is now six years old but has Asian features, which was the first sign that made her parents suspect that there had been an error.
Given that Kristina and Drew are white, how did she give birth to an Asian girl? Have they taken action against the clinic? Find out in the video!
