When going to a ball put on by her school, Gabi Finlayson, 15, decided to buy the prettiest dress. Ordered in Paris, she though this pale pink dress with lace would certainly make her the prettiest girl at the dance.

But not everyone saw it that way. As she was about to step through the door of Lone Pic High School on the arm of her date, Gabi Finlayson was stopped by a high school employee. Why? Considered to be a little too indecent, he believed that the teenager’s dress was inappropriate. Gabi Finlayson was therefore asked to turn back to cover herself up a bit more. She came back to continue the party wearing a winter coat.
The next day, Gabi and her mother did not hesitate to share the incident on social networks, pointing out the disconcerting attitude of the school. The school preferred to not comment on the incident.
