Apple devices have built-in location tracking features that can let certain people see your location. Realizing how this feature can pose a risk to personal safety, the company shared a manual that teaches you how to protect yourself from being tracked by malicious people such as a stalker or a former loved one. The Find My feature on Apple exists to help you retrieve your device should you lose it.
Also, it allows your friends and family to see where you are if you granted them location access in the past. To see who can track your location, open up the Find My app and tap on the ‘People’ tab.
People who have shared their location with you and those you have shared your location with will show up in this list. If you tap on any person's name in the list, you can get to settings that will let you stop sharing on an individual basis. Just tap on ‘Stop Sharing My Location’ to block that person from seeing where you are.

When you scroll down, you’ll see all the devices that your account is logged into. If there’s any device on the list that you do not recognize, simply tap the device, and you will see the option to remove from account. You might want to change your password at this point to prevent future logins.
