RPM is an indoor cycling sport that is set to lively, specially-chosen music - kind of like choreography. Motivated by a coach, you'll alternate positions, change up your rhythm and above all, you'll work up a good sweat! Besides the fact that this sport is a perfect cardio exercise, it also burns a lot of calories. During a 45-minute class, you'll burn 670 calories - that's the equivalent of about 4 yogurts, 200 grams of Haribo or a Burger King Whopper. Not bad, huh?
