How To Make A Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
1. 200 Grams of pizza flour
2. 1 Packet of yeast
3. 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
4. 1 Teaspoon of salt
5. 120 Mililitres of water
6. 250 Grams of mascarpone
7. Half a lemon
8. 2 Teaspoons of brown sugar
9. 1 Orange, kiwi, and banana
10. Mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
11. Mint leaves
Instructions
1. Mix the pizza flour, salt, yeast, water, and olive oil in a bowl
2. Knead until the mixture is smooth and shiny
3. Let the dough rest between 20 minutes to one hour
4. Shape the dough into a ball, add extra flour to a flat surface, and flatten the dough
5. Shape the dough into a rectangular - remove excess dough if necessary
6. Lightly poke holes into the dough using a fork
7. Bake the dough for 15 minutes at 180° C
8. Mix the mascarpone, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl
9. Once the dough is finished, let it cool off before adding the toppings
10. Add the mascarpone mixture on top of the dough then add the fruits
