General SVR is apparently run by a former Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) lieutenant general who uses the alias Viktor Mikhailovich, according to theNZ Herald.
As per General SVR’s Youtube'About' section, their stories are:
written by retired and active members of the intelligence and secret services of several countries, people who were directly involved, supervised or controlled the operations, who had and have access to reliable information about the events outlined.
However, it has offered no proof to support this claim.
Putin experienced 'sharp deterioration in his health'
On 10 April, General SVR tweeted that Putin requested medical help on the morning of 9 April 'complaining of a sharp deterioration in his health'. It continued:
Putin complained of severe pain in his head, blurred vision, numbness of the tongue, and partial loss of sensation in his right arm and leg.
Putin allegedly received first aid and was then examined, after which his council of doctors 'prescribed medication and recommended complete rest for at least a couple of days'.

Putin's death would put those closest to him 'on the brink of survival'
Putin supposedly 'felt much better' by noon Moscow time and ignored the doctors’ recommendation of complete rest, holding a short meeting with Kremlin and military leaders in the evening.
Despite his apparent recovery, his relatives were allegedly still concerned. General SVR wrote:
For them, such a sharp deterioration in Vladimir#Putin's health caused a nervous reaction, more like panic.
It added:
The temporary sharp deterioration in the president's health has already made those closest to him tense. The sudden death of#Putin will put them all in front of the unknown, or rather, on the brink of survival, and as of yesterday, none of them even had a rough plan of action for such a case.
