Laurel Eich, 42, who worked as an assistant at the dental office has been charged with burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary and performing surgery on another without a license.

Eich told the Washoe County sheriff’s office that she extracted 13 teeth from a patient by using anaesthetic her employer had discarded.
According to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, patrol deputies responded to an after-hours burglar alarm at a dental office on May 3, and found the door ajar and a back window broken.
It was later discovered that $22,861 in cash and checks were stolen.
Admission of guilt
During the investigation, detectives identified Eich as a person of interest in the burglary, and also learned that she performed 13 tooth extractions on one patient at an earlier date.
According to a statement issued by the sheriff's office, Eich did the teeth extractions 'on her own time' using discarded anaesthetics from her place of work.
The statement however did not elaborate on the incident or the 'patient' involved.
Eich was interviewed Wednesday, and arrested on six felony counts and one gross misdemeanour count of conspiracy to commit burglary. She is being held by the Washoe County sheriff’s office on a $20,000 bond.
It remains unclear what she did with the teeth or why she pulled them out.
